Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

The Sailean Bothy, Island of Lismore

Cozy, rustic, off-grid, renovated bothy! A one-of-a-kind glamping experience in a stunning island setting right next to the sea Come and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and get back to nature. We provide 4 mattresses and 2 wood stoves, cooking utensils, pots and pans, a basket of wood, a composting toilet, solar lighting and bottled water. If you book the bothy, it's all yours. Make sure you don't forget to bring a sleeping bag and a pillow. We'll take care of the rest!

The Steading @braighbhaille

A beautiful, recently refurbished one-bedroom private stone cottage, The Steading is a self-contained cottage just across the courtyard from our main house. It benefits from a lovely setting amongst the Scottish countryside with glorious views across Loch Fyne, and has many unique features. There is ample private parking directly outside the cottage (spaces for two cars with extra parking if required) and you are free to enjoy the fields and open spaces around you.

This modern lochside studio is ideally situated to explore Argyll and the Isles. A newly built self-catering unit, it is only a 10 minute drive from Kilmartain Glen and the ancient sites that hold the secrets of Scotland. With nearby ferry links, you’ll be able to venture for day trips to the Scottish islands and sample the world-renowned malt whiskies. The towns of Ardrishaig and Lochgilphead have the services and amenities required to enhance your stay.

Stunning remote cottage by the sea and mull

Mill House Steading is a contemporary conversion of a historic barn into a 2 bedroom architect designed home. The balcony overlooks the burn with views across the Sound of Mull to Tobermory. See countryfile series17 episode 7 to see the beauty of the landscape around us. The bay is perfect for watersports. The renovation was completed in March 2020 and provides stunning accommodation.

Bearnus Bothy on Isle of Ulva

Bearnus Bothy has been lovingly renovated using our principle of ecological design to repair, repurpose and use what has been washed-up by the sea. It is one of the last old residences outside of the main dwellings around the Main House on Ulva. As such there are no neighbours until you reach the tiny community on Gometra - where we live - another three miles down the track.

Cuan Cave, Cuan Sound

Cuan Cave is set on the shores of Cuan Sound, it is the ideal location for kayakers, walkers and those wishing to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Carsaig Cave, along with Alexandra Lifeboat, Mary Heather Lifeboat, Cuan Bunkroom and small campground are part of the facilities we provide here on Argyll's rugged coastline.
