Welcome to Kawaha Manor built in 1950 our place has a lot of character with great views of the lake especially from the lawn and gazebo, the second bedroom has two single beds and the lounge has a bed settee for those extra guests the unit has just been renovated all very nice ,chandeliers and pictures of Rotorua finish it off The unit has everything all you need to bring is your clothes and food , hope to see you soon here at Lake Rotorua which is the main tourist centre in the North Island

Vista at Kawaha Point

Quiet neighbourhood, with lake close by. Guests have the entire ground floor apartment to themselves with separate entrance door and private access to courtyard and lovely garden (my husband and I live upstairs). Close to Skyline Skyride/gondola, Rainbow Springs, Mitai, Canopy Tours and other tourist spots. Free Wifi and Netflix. Great heating. Cereal, Milk, fresh Plunger-coffee, Tea variety, but no-cooking facilities. Lounge opens to private garden, with outdoor table and chairs.

Unwind in this peaceful setting. Wonderful lakeside view. Watch the sun set from your deck. Bird-watching. In a quiet neighborhood approx 10min to town, easy to get to all attractions. The studio is well equipped and comfortable. A kayak is available. Guests comment that "the view was amazing. Waking up with the view of the lake was super nice. Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.
