Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.

Welcome! Our home is a cosy house from the 40's nicely renovated and filled with light. You will enjoy a living area of 175m2 as well as a spacious garden with all facilities to grill and eat outdoor. It is a located in a green and residential area north of Stockholm close to a natural reserve and a lake. The environment is peaceful and you will still be within 15 minutes reach of City center by public transport or car.

We have 3 kids (2, 5, & 8) so there’s everything you need for a family stay. Toys, bikes, stroller, trampoline, pizza oven, BBQ, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Kid safe house. Disney+, PS4, piano. Our neighborhood is full of families with small kids 0-10yrs old who play outside in the common area together. There is a playground, forest, & beach 5min walk away. City is 20min by car, 45 by bus or boat. EV charger ⚡️
