Actually, think of this as the Politically incorrect tour of Berlin, so feel free to bring along your favorite rude jokes when joining us. Our exploration will involve memorials, monuments and graves, along with churches and parks. Next to the Astronomical clock, you will meet your guide in a stylish historical costume, who will lead you into Old Town’s darkening alleys. There, you will be shown locations of dreadful discoveries, medieval graveyards, ancient churches and hospitals, as well as other places of Prague associated with the undead, demons and strange apparitions. The stories about them shaped the city’s self-perception for centuries! Through the lightly theatrical storytelling, you will familiarize yourself with the authentic creepy lore of the locals, but also learn a lot about the city’s past, as your guide will put the tales into historical context that further expands your understanding of Prague and its horrorful side. The tour makes stops at a handful of famous Prague landmarks (see under “Where you’ll be”) but also leads through picturesque areas off the beaten path with hidden gems. In 90 minutes, you'll be back at the starting point, where you will receive further tips for the evening and sightseeing suggestions inspired by the experience. * If you can't find tickets for a desired date, please contact us. So, here's the plan: You get to become part of one of the biggest and most fun stand comedy shows in English in Berlin! And it's all on a boat! It's a fun, vibrant, energetic and friendly show - EVERY Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. We'll have pre-show drinks and then enjoy a great line up of Open Mic comics doing 5-7 minutes of material and an awesome headliner to top it all off. After that we'll have some relaxed drinks at the bar where we mingle and you get to know the comics and the other people joining the experience in a more private setting. So, ask all those questions you've had but never dared to ask about comedy. Other things to note You can smoke on deck, but not in the bar. The bar is cash-only, so they don't accept cards. English below / Diese geführte Radtour führt zu Berlins Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten, durch Wohngebiete ("Kieze") & Parkanlagen, oft entlang der Spree. Der Startort ist zwischen Velodrom und Volkspark Friedrichshain, gut erreichbar mit S-Bahn, Tram und Bus! Die Rundtour bietet abwechslungsreiche Einblicke in die Stadt(geschichte) und zeigt anhand "Früher-Heute-Bildern", wie schnell sich das Gesicht Berlins verändert. I will teach you to revive the paper, and create from it a beautifully things You will receive knowledge, and experience, how from ordinary paper, make an object of art. You can surprise any company and your friends by creating an animal or technique with your own hands. Just origami will help you in your household chores. For example, how to make boxes for things, stands or a piece of decor. At the beginning of the lesson, you will be able to choose which model you want to learn to do. If you don’t have any experience, then it's okay, I'll explain to you all the basic principles and ways of folding. At the end of the lesson, you can pick up the models that we created together!

We shall discuss the process of integration and assimilation (“Haskalah”) – including its setbacks – from its onset in the late 18th Century to its zenith in the first half of the 20th Century. We shall discuss the destruction of this community once the Nazi’s came to power, and how the confrontation of this horrible past has been dealt with in Germany throughout the years. Hear the story of one of the most important Jewish communities in Europe. A community where personalities such as Moses Mendelssohn (father of the Jewish Enlightenment movement), Azriel Hildesheimer (founder of Modern Orthodoxy), Albert Einstein and many others lived and worked. Here began the greatest transformations in Judaism and a prosperous community developed, reaching its pick on the eve of the Nazi rise to power. As part of the trip, there are stories of rescue and survival under Nazi rule, and also of those who sold their souls to the devil. A tour of Berlin's Jewish community provides an unbelievably exciting story. Our guides will be happy to accompany you.
