On a street with more fancy new restaurants than most, Oscars stands unchanged. Slip into a torn red vinyl booth and order something frothy in a very tall cold glass. If you're craving better food, more upscale options like Giuseppe & Sons, Oyster House, and Mission Taqueria and all within a few steps.
