Tate Britain is an art museum on Millbank in the City of Westminster in London. It is part of the Tate network of galleries in England, with Tate Modern, Tate Liverpool, and Tate St Ives. No 36 Bus from outside the flat to Victoria. Get off on the north side of Vauxhall Bridge (tip: ring the bell when you are on Vauxhall bridge).

this is so close it would be criminal not to visit ... and it is right on the River Thames in an iconic period building. You can get the ferry from the pier nearby which will take you to its sister Museum, Tate Modern.
