Now i don't expect you'll have a costume party to attend whilst in Melbourne - but if you do (or even if you don't) Rose Chongs is arguably the most iconic premises on Gertrude street (after the Builders Arms of course) Its cliental include Beyonce and Jay Z to name drop a few famous customers over the years. Rose Chong has occupied Gertrude street for decades with the support of her flamboyant staff known as 'the Chongettes' - a visit just to have a poke around is always a fun time.
