If you are are coffee lover than this is your spot. They roast their own coffee beans and sell wholesale as well as retail here on St. Thomas. You can find their coffee in Moe's Market, their storefront location in Charlotte Amalie or through a provisions order with Sapphire Provisioning! "Virgin Islands Coffee Roasters is located in the Havensight area across from the WICO cruise ship dock. Here customers and guests alike can become part of the process as we take select beans from the farms to your cup. We have the privilege to meet many of these farmers and learn about their methods, ways, and families and how they grow some of our favorite coffee cherries and we love to share their stories and freshly roasted coffees with you. Our coffees come from all around the world, including Colombia, Africa, Indonesia, Papa New Guinea, and Central America. We roast our coffees fresh to order weekly for our wholesale customers throughout the US and the British Virgin Islands and share those same coffees and various brewing methods with visitors."
