Since 1624 with loads of character. Men you must visit the toilet…just trust me. They do allow smoking and has low ceilings but if you can handle that you must stop by.

Established in 1624, Café Chris is the oldest operating bar in the Jordaan. Today, the interior is absolutely exquisite and full of character. The ceiling beams are beautifully engraved and the dark wood is stunning.
