Run around the island of Sodermalm is more or less exactly 10k and is for 90% of it´s way a really nice run!

Recommend Walking on Götgatan from Slussen down to Skanstull where you can find lots of shopping and if you walk around on Skånegatan, Åsögatan, Bondegatan you will find many Vintage stores,nice cafes and bars.
