This park is practically in the backyard of the cabin, you can literally walk to it from the path visible from our back door. If you take that path, you can get to the park or camp Yennis (a summertime campground) or if you take the 155 a little bit past the park, you run into a road called Rancheria Rd. Take that dirt road and you’ll find a bunch of off-roading/atv/hiking trails in all directions with awesome views. You may even run into some cows on the trail! This road may only be seasonal, so it’s best to try it during or around the summer months. Unfortunately this area was burned pretty bad a few years ago by reckless people, please make sure if you use this area to 1.) be safe 2.) pick up your trash and 3.) don’t do ANYTHING that might start a fire.
