Inside the Marriott in Times Square, entire restaurant rotates 360 degrees. Great views of Manhattan. Pricey, but the unlimited dessert buffet is pretty fantastic!

This place is kind of touristy and not that cheap. there is a restaurant and a buffet, where you can grab a drink. I suggest it because is a gyratory restaurant at the too of the Marriott marquis, and in 45 minutes you will have a panoramic view of the city from above... views are stunning.
