Nearby from Lervik there is a boat that takes u to beautiful Vaxholm. Its a nice port Town with restaurants and sightseeing on the old fortress kastellet. From Vaxholm u also have the boats that takes u out in Stockholm archipelago

If you like castles, this place might be worth a visit. There is also an associated museum. However, the journey takes about 55 minutes by car, so it is quite far from the cabin.
