A favorite of ours, one of the best place for meat around. They also have the best tiramisu in Roma, IMHO. You need to book in advance, as the place is fairly small. Prices are a tad higher then norm

Very good restaurant with roman typical kitchen. It is possible to eat many different kind of starter, pasta or pizza that are famous all around the world (like carbonara or amatriciana)

A true Roman restaurant in the center. Small and characteristic restaurant so booking is recommended. The wine list is excellent.
