Amodi is Nice place with good views on the city. The place is not easy to find, so you can use google map to search on it or ask your host, The place has fantastic view, specially on evening Tbilisi. Very good place to go for drink or for gathering with friends

Roof top in old town, it's quite a walk, but worth it. breathtaking view with live music, best for late night drinks. in spring, summer of course:).
