This Honky Tonk bar and concert venue stays lively and loud with its usual crowd of booze hounds, a Nintendo Game Boy that only sometimes works, a cigarette-ringed outdoor patio, and a steady lineup of live music. The bubbly sourdough pizza crust has just the right amount of crispiness, and each 12-inch pie, like the Cosmic Dancer topped with mozzarella, feta, mushroom, apple, and onion, is named after songs from David Bowie, T. Rex, and other icons. There’s also its signature Frito pie, which involves a pile of Fritos smothered in fiery chili and Rotel cheese sauce, and then topped with green onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and a helping of sour cream to appease the heat.
