At the heart of the city is Yagan square. One of my favourites. I love it here because there a so many cafes and restaurants that have great food. You are really spoilt for choice. They also have beautiful ambience, some facing the city, you can eat while you watch the city go by, or order coffee and read a book. There's also an amphitheatre that has a live band on Friday or Saturday afternoon/evenings. There's also a kids playground upstairs with soft floors. It's a great spot for the whole family. It's also a stone straw away to North bridge!

New part of Perth with numerous food options a great place to ‘people watch’. Catch the ferry across to the city then walk to Yagan Square.
