So far, the biggest claim to fame of Liberation Brewing Company, is that their founder, Dan Regan, was the trombonist in the ska band Reel Big Fish (they had a hit song called "Beer"). But, that’s not the only reason to visit this brewery located in the Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach. Brewer Eric McLaughlin makes a solid lineup of ales and lagers like a cream ale, an amber ale, and various IPAs.
