This beach is beautiful. Walk the boardwalk from the Freshwater Ocean pool around the point to Curly. It's seriously beautiful. A good beachside cafe/kiosk right at the South Curly Surf lifesaving Club.

The swell magnet of the northern beaches. Great for surfing and the pool at the southern end is the best for families. Cafe is always busy.

Not a hiking trail, but an ocean walk that wraps around the headland! Short but amazing! Start from South curl curl and follow the footpath down around to the pool up around the car park, the cement path turns into a smooth wood walk trail. Follow this to freshwater beach headland. Beautiful view! Kid friendly! Scooter/bike friendly!
