The owner of this Clapham fixture, Karl Heinz Rossbach, has been making sourdough since 1982, when he established the traditional methods and organic ingredients that are still apparent today. The shop itself is small and better for a stop-off to pick up one of their classic tin loaves and see a slice of authentic London history. They sell a wide menu of pastries and cakes, too.
