our favourite cheap delicious Vietnamese. Choosing a restaurant on Victoria Street can be daunting. Just go here. Try the pork and prawn vietnamese pancake. Can book for a 'make your own' vietnamese rice paper rolls where the always smiling staff show you how to bbq your own beef and wrap your own rice paper rolls - they call this the 'sizzling beef'.
