This lava tube is super close to the farm cottage. Its is a very cool place to check out, and we highly recommend it!

An interesting lava tube where you can explore about 1/3 mile of unusual underground formations. The tour takes about 45 minutes to explore. Costs $12.00. I can neither confirm or deny that I ducked under the railing and did a little extra spelunking. That would be just wrong…. But I hear that it is fun…wink, wink. Easy trail for everyone.

Part of Road to Hana. Highly recommended for the first time visitors as this lava tube provides one of the most unique and unusual experience here on Maui.

If you got up early for the Road to Hana and have time, this lava tube cave is definitely worth stopping for.

The Hana Lava Tubes make for a fun, family-friendly adventure. There are self-guided tours daily from 10:30am to 4:00pm. The tour takes approximately 40 minutes, costs $11.95 per person and is free for guests 5 years and younger. There is also a Red Ti Botanical Garden Maze to enjoy before or after your spelunking adventure.
