The best Japanese in town without a doubt. Ulises, the owner, has been dealing with Japan for over 30 years now. He is also the wagyu beef official importer to Spain. The restaurant has a great menu of extremely fresh product. The fully Japanese kitchen staff make this restaurant a pure delight. 40-50€ per head. *****

Viandas clásicas de Japón en un moderno e íntimo restaurante. Fue el primer japonés de Valencia, todo muy rico. Precio medio-alto.
