Great for any outdoor needs and gear. They have climbing wall and a neat store to visit just to see the inside. They offer up to date info on road closures, weather, and hiking info also.

The 18,000-square-foot Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC) is the largest and closest outfitter to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park at the south end of the Gatlinburg Strip. My favorite outdoor store in Gatlinburg! If you’re looking for North Face or Columbia or general Smoky Mountain clothing and camping gear, I definitely recommend this place. They also have great gifts.
