This bar is slightly hard to find, even with Google Maps. It's on the second floor on Oxford St, so look out for the name on a sign protruding over the pavement, and then duck into the little doorway and head into a beautiful little bar with some of the best beers, whiskeys and wines in Sydney. It also has boardgames, and while they only formally get them out on a Monday night, if you ask nicely and it's quiet, they'll sometimes let you pull one out for a bit of fun while you drink.

It's a little far away, but take a lesiurely stroll down to Oxford Street (or hop on one of the buses going from Circular Quay), and you'll find what is, in my opinion, the best craft-beer venues in Sydney. The staff will talk you through the many choices on offer (all on tap too!), which is pretty difficult, as they all taste so good. Typically not as busy as many other bars, like in the CBD, this is the perfect place to come for those quieter nights out.
