"Pascade" is a speciality from the region Aveyron. I can't tell you more, you gotta try it, ESPECIALLY the "chocolate pascade" which is to DIE for !!! Cool decor and ambiance. 3-course menu : 32€.

Near the Opera Garnier, a marvellous monument that you should visit, this restaurant serves creative dishes called "Pascade". We can't describe it, just try it.
