Walnut Cakes or in Korean known as Hodo Kwaja resemble an actual walnut and either have walnut or almond pieces on the outer shell of the cake. Traditionally Walnut Cakes are made with a sweet red bean filling inside with walnuts; but here in our Toronto downtown location we have three different types of walnut cakes.

Family-owned Korean pastry shop. They make cookies and sweet Korean pancakes everyday at the front of the shop. Local favourite!

If you haven't tried Korean walnut cakes, this place a must! Get them fresh at 11am when they start making them.
