Sciamadda (means flame) is a place to find the real street food in Genova: small places with a big wood oven that make farinata, panissa, fried food (panissette, cuculli, frisceu di baccalà), vegetable pies. THE BEST CHOISE FOR LUNCH (but closed in August..)
