Pali Wine Co. produces premium single-vineyard and AVA-specific Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from various top West Coast vineyards. Focused Rhone and Bordeaux varietals from the Central Coast region. Pali also has a selection of “natural” produced wines. Pali is a Lompoc-based winery, on the western edge of the iconic Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County. Almost two-thirds of Pali’s wine is made from fruit from its own vineyards, where only healthy farming techniques are used.
