My daughter and I loved our stay at Anke-Beate’s house. Her place feels so welcoming and was very comfortable. It was great to come back here after a long day exploring Edinburgh. There are some nice coffee shops in the area (especially liked the Terrace Café) and it’s very easy to take the bus (there are several options) to the city centre. Or walk to the centre; the path along Union Canal. I would love to come back here one day; higher recommended!

We absolutely loved our time at Anke-Beate’s. We were in town for a music festival at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange and loved the neighborhood. Having a market just across the street, a park, cafes and restaurants within walking distance was very convenient and made our stay feel like home away from home. The flat is lovely, well laid out and stocked with everything you may need. If we find ourselves in Edinburgh again, we will definitely stay here!
