I am Alice Consigli from Florence, dancer and researcher in somatic practices. With a Bachelor in Philosophy and a Master in Sociology, I have also committed to an in depth research in body awareness and mindful movement approaches. Since 2020 I am certified Instructur in Hypopressive RSF an innovative method that improves posture through core activation. My practice is also deeply influenced by the study of Hatha Yoga and Body-Mind Centering.
