Vehement champagne lover, so much so I've built a career around it. I own a champagne cave selling rare, niche, limited production, small grower-champagnes. My goal is to bring excellent champagne to everyone. Why I run these tours? I wan't to show you the real champagne...the one where tourists rarely get to go.
