Ryan’s house was OKAY- if he or the co owners were to hire a better cleaning service I genuinely would have no complaints- there were ants in the rooms and bathrooms small un-named bugs crawling around on the carpet .. stains on the decorative pillows for the bed - stained linen .. dirty stove & refrigerator… seems as if the cleaning company comes through and does a quick wipe down and keeps it moving… other than that the location was great about 20 30 mins to Pensacola beach rd - easy access to the home - beds were small and low - house slept 8 (4 couples) somewhat COMFORTABLY- slow message response time but who am I to determine how busy someone is - if Ryan or co owners could re assure a better cleaning we would definitely stay again .

We asked multiple times about an earlier check in or a slightly later check out- since 4pm is rather late for check in- no response.
