The Riverview is a clean and comfortable apartment. It is located in a safe and friendly area. Near by conveniences include a shopping centre with an ATM and fast food outlets . Also it is close to the airport. I found Paul to be a friendly and responsive host.

Very clean, spacious layout, secured apartment. Top/second floor. Pictures accurate, very clean. Nice balcony area you can relax on. Amenities great, hot water not too warm but manageable.
If you are a solo traveler, its a little isolated and can get lonely, but if u do like that it's great for you. Not much foot traffic and located in a cul de sac.
It's a little out of the way from the city center of Kingston/New Kingston, especially if you would to experience the nightlife, places, and activities in and around these areas. But its also not too crazy far.
Excellent if you would like to be very close to airport. No route taxis nearby but there is a bus system. Better to use charter taxis for transportation but may cost a little more due to location. But you can still hop in a taxi and go!
Quiet mostly, except for a few neighbors in the morning here and there.
Awesome mango tree...Paul gave 2 ripe delicious mangos from it...Just don't leave any food out or the ants will get it quick!
The layout and decor were impressive. Bed was quite comfortable. Privacy given as much or as little as you needed it. Check out Port Royal for good seafood, not far away.
