Overall Thomas was responsive and helpful at the beginning.

When we arrived at the flat. The stay didn't match the photos and multiple items were broken inside, there was a horrid smell coming from the toilet and the place was filthy.

We travelled over 7 hours to get to the accommodation and we were exhausted. Unfortunately, we didn't feel comfortable staying in Thomas's flat.

We spent approx 45 mins in flat and checked out after finding another suitable airbnb.

We have been using airbnb for over 6 years on my account and over 10 years on my wifes acconut, we have never come across a bad host before but Thomas was hostile and unreasonable when we made the complaints known to him, telling him why we couldn't stay.

We hope Thomas will understand why the accommodation wasn't acceptable and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.

Appartement parfait pour un déplacement professionnel ! Nous étions trois et avons été très à l’aise. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le parking à proximité est pratique, avec toujours de la place disponible. Le quartier est calme, idéal pour se reposer après une journée de travail. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, je recommande sans hésiter !
