Very unique experience and would stay again!
I am about 6'1 and did not have any trouble moving around in the bus but showering was a challenge (think the shower scene from Elf).
The bus has everything you need and the farm is very peaceful.
Only recommendation would be to bring a fan if possible as the front of the bus can be cool while the back of the bus (where the bed is) is warmer.

Great little get away spot and won’t break your checking account either. It was as described. It was quiet and private. Would definitely book again for another stay!
