This car park is between two lakes of Rydal and Grasmere. There are woodland trails including "miles without stiles" where buggies can go. It is also possible to get the bus here from Staveley and do a linear walk to Ambleside, returning to Conifers via the bus. Remember to bring swim/paddle kit.
